I have 2 Ecotec cavi's. Great car.

My cars are much much better than people give it credit without having any experience owning one. I bought one and liked it so much I bought another.

Best thing GM ever did for the J was put the suspension, engine and transmission from the LS Sport/2002 Z24 on all J-bodies from 2003-2005.
YEah I technically own 2 of them. My 2004 Ls sport, and my Wife's 2000 Z-24 Convertible (the white car to the left of mine in the photo). Both great cars, but the convertible has seen better days, and I"m hoping to be rid of that within the next year or so.

A v6 would throw payload and towing capacity out the window so again it would be a useless truck. Depends what they price this at and how fuel efficient it is.

Time will tell I guess

Would still be fine for someone to hual their bike or new big screen, or plants for landscaping, etc etc.... most people wo have trucks dont tow anything anyway, they just need the bed to haul stuff.

I bet this thing sells like mad at first, then sales will start declining and it gets axed after 3-4years.

Personally I wouldnt buy one, but I know there are lots of people out there that would love to have something like this. perfect for the single person that wants a fast car, but needs/wants to be able to haul stuff now and again.

2 seats though- seems so un-practical. I think the 2 seat part is what is going to cause a lot of buyers to turn away from this car. (not that I should talk with my 2+2(midgets) Infiniti).

Lots of cars out there are 2 seaters.... 350z, Honda 2000S, Solstic, Sky, lots of little roadsters, hell the Mustang might as well be a 2 seater, you cant fit people in the rear.

I don't think its impracticle for a person that has just themselves to haul around, or even a couple without kids. Not like they need to hual 3 or 4 people around, and if the need arises, guess what, your not putting the miles on your car becuse your riding with someone else.
