Get a very high percentage, 45% or so. It's barely noticeable and the flim has metalized particles that rejects UV.

I had 35% on my Grand Am and it was extremely nice. You would have the window down with the sun beating on your face, and as the window would go up, that heat from the sun immediately stops. It's very unique stuff.

http://www.sun-shadeintroy.com/intro/ This place is where I went, very cool guys. Call for a quote.

hmmm... very interesting stuff. I'll look into it more, but honestly I'd rather figure out a way to con a doctor into giving me a note... I'd love to just put 20% all around the bish... make it look a lot cleaner, too.

I'm going in within the month to see my eye doctor that I know pretty well. If she's open to giving notes for tint, I'll let you know and I'll see if she can hook you up

I've got the doctor's note. Haven't tested it's validity yet. However, it was approved at the SoS office.

I went to get my new eyeglass prescription and mentioned it that ever since I had gotten rid of the Grand Am, I was having a difficult time driving with the bright sun, as well as the headlights at night. He wasn't willing to write a note, due to liability issues. So I went to my normal doctor and he was willing to do it in a heartbeat. He was making fun of my eye doctor saying "liability?? what about if you get into an accident because you're having difficulty seeing because of your sensitivity to light?? where's the liability then??"

They don't know what kind of car you're driving. Just mention it when you go in (that you have trouble with bright light when driving), and if they don't do anything then, mention it the next time you go in again, and that its gotten worse.

Who was I fooling? I had my 05 GTO when I got my letter. Unfortunately, I never got the damn thing tinted so I never got a chance to test it.

Ultimately, if you actually do have sensitivity to light, then you atleast have that honesty to fall back on. I really did, after driving the GA with tint, then having no tint and bright light coming from every direction, it bothered me alot, especially when I had to start driving with eyeglasses at night.

Well I'm definitely photosensitive... I can barely see a damn thing when I walk into sunlight... and even after a while in the sun I have to be wearing sunglasses or my day will be hell. I forgot my shades at home today, and got a headache on the walk home from squinting the whole time
