I just hate when people do cheap stuff because it looks, well... cheap!
I feel what they are saying though Aaron. They might not want to buy wheels yet, but want something alot better than the plain non-chrome stockers. They might be concentrating on say, engine mods first (sleeper type, ya know) or interior or what ever.

It's even better when you actually see one of the spinners fall off while they are riding down the road and pull up next to them and tell them that one of they're duds broke off. The cat actually turned around and went to get it.

Actually, funniest thing I've seen is the gold 80's caprice around here with some huge 24" spinners... that don't spin! He's driving down the road and the wheels are rolling but the centers are just sitting in place. Probably so heavy they don't want to turn!

Vash6563 Gettin' there
We actually made the grand am's wheels at my last job, not while I was there, but they made them there. All it is is a chromed piece of plastic or metal that they glue with what looked like caulk onto wheel that could be full of casting defects for all you know. If you have a spare rip the clad off sometime
