FYI , the engine class for those cars were technially 3.9 in origination, but have been changed to 3.6 VVT engine.
The engine for the G8 Is actually V8 6.0 L for the GT and yes for the base model it is the 3.6 VVT. I was working for the Media company who did all the graphix for GM for the G8 when it was put on the drawing board in later 4th quarter of 05. I have images from the original photo shoot done at S3 Studios in Detroit, off 12 mile. The car is awesome as a whole GT and base. Love it, anywho, the G6 GXP moving it down to the 3.6, is just an example of all show no go in my Opinion. WTG Pontiacccccckkkk!. =-d |

ya front center grill too too long and tail lights not excite about that. also so far i see the convertible up here same front bumper sides and back end . the thing sits higher then either my grand am gt and grand prix . looks like a 4x4...

Thanks everybody for the compliments! I'm still enjoying my catback exhaust. I was drivin over to school today and on the interstate some lady was going really slow so I went over to the left lane to pass her and the bitch swerves in my lane. I was soo pissed. I flew by her and gave her a stare down. Just another idiot on the road probably with no car insurance.
