Dead Guages & Burned up OBD-2 Port Ground

Had a problem recently dont know what caused it.

The Gauges are all dead (RPM, Gas, Temp , Fuel)
All the status lights dont work Except Blinker, Back Light & Check Engine Light
Worst when doing a Scan Gauge test, the ODB-2 Port ground pin melted.

Fixes So far
Replaced Speedometer Clustor
Tried New PCM/BCM
Replaced Ignition Switch
Rotated out all the Fuses (only Cigar Fuse Burned out)

Im curious where the Blk/White ODB Cable Connects to

Any Ideas?
