I would rather see a logo that reflects all members and their various mods. Just my .02 cents.

I like the logo but how about we let other people design a logo too? Im a graphic designer as well and I think I could come up with some pretty cool ideas maybe?

The more options the better

Agreed.. can we assume that if we vote for "Current Logo" the guage would be changed like in the other options?

Also.. IMO if the font is left in white, altho it def. stands out more, it looks incomplete, like someone forgot to fill it with a color.. n somebody mentioned making the font an entirely different color... another poor idea (IMO) cuz then it'll just look mismatched n slopped together -- unless it's hot pink!!!

The car n the effect look totally hot tho!!

and how would you recommend we do that? I saw your post about the blower and turbo guys, you want blowers and stuff all over the logo? I think the new design (minus the flame insert the speedo) pretty much sums it up. If others that are graphically enclined would like to submit something, feel free to email it to webmaster@grandamgt.com. Keep in mind we're not changing the overall site colors (shades of blue) and the colors you use should flow with the current color scheme.

I disagree the font should contain some white so it pops out. The all darker font seems to get lost in the image.

SC/T GrandAm offered his sevices as a Graphic Artist. I am sure he could come up with something appealing.

It's still the new logo. It's the same file name (I didn't feel like changing all the code, so I named the file the same). You need to refresh your browsers cache. Hold down the left shift key and click the Refresh button in your browser and you should see the new logo.

This gives you a different font other than Sofachrome. Kind of a rough draft, but you get the idea.....I'm sure sicc could improve upon this thought.

I like the current one but it would be cool to have a GT speedo in there.

I can't say that I'm a fan of any of those.. so I whipped one up myself real quick. I think the grand am in the pic should have a bit more white to make it stand out like some of you were discussing, but thats an idea, maybe I'll come up with more later if anybody likes.
