Fender Stripes

Had some free time at school so I messed around on Photoshop again and started contemplating fender stripes. Thinking of getting silver fender stripes to match my headlight reflector overlays and my stock rims. Here is a quick Photoshop I did in between classes. I think I like the sporty look from them. Has anyone that has had the stripes got anything positive or negative about them. Also, as always, opinions are welcome.

I used to have fender stripes. I like the look. They are just a 3M sticker. Make sure you apply them correctly the first time.

But here is mine for some help making your decision.

I saw them on grand ams on here alot. Never on an alero. So I tried it and liked the look. A part of me still misses them. But I like the way she looks with or without (I dont have the stripes on anymore)

I think that the stripes look ok, but only certain colors.

If I were you, I would get the stripes the same color of your calipers.

If you do it, do it only on the driver's side. I'd add light silver pin stripes along the edge of the main red ones.

IMO , the cleaner you can keep the car as far as badges, portholes, fenderstripes and all those stuff on top of your paint, the better it will look.

Let me rephrase my statement. They're not that bad. But when u have them on then u take them off your car looks much cleaner obviously. If you where to do silver painted wheels that would go well with the silver fender stripe.
