Still hurting & injured from it

But I just bought & took delivery Friday evening of a '14 Camaro SS coupe in Crystal Red Tintcoat with dual matte black stripes, & black interior.

I really wanted a '14 Chevy SS sedan (from Australia) with a LS3 & 6L80 transmission; but they are only available in the US in limited #'s (like maybe 5000?).
http://www.chevrolet.com/ss-sports-sedan.html

GM Canada had 0% financing over 5-years on the in stock '14 Camaros.
I jumped on it!

I found the only '14 Camaro SS (with a 2SS option group, a RS package, & sunroof) coupe in Crystal Red Tintcoat colour in ON available for sale!

There were only about 11 various '14 Camaro SS (with the 2SS option group) in ON left on the dealers' lots 2-weeks ago.

& I heard there are now only 2 in black left in ON after this round of promos.

While my car was being displayed & stored for me last week at Wilson Niblett...
2 people wanted to buy it
1 ended up doing a factory order because they really like how the colour looked...& skipped out on the 0% financing promo.

I guess, I lucked out!

But unfortunately, this is my daily driver; like my G8 was too.

For the winter...
Got some RSSW 19"x8" rims

with some Pirelli Scorpion Winter tires in 235/55/19" 105H

& with it's winter shoes on.

the 19"x8" rims just (barely) clear the Brembo brakes
Yes, it is a daily driver!
Like my '09 Pontiac G8 GT was too.

Very nice, only thing is I wish they kept the initial tail lights, gave the ass a more aggressive look. Also love the fact it's a DD, this beast is meant to be heard... then seen.

Very nice! I really like what they did with the new tail lights and front end compared to the last one.

Looks like a fun car, I prefer the G8 and GTO styling myself, but none the less congrats on the new ride.

Nice! I don't think I have seen it with the winter wheels.

Car looks sexy but those winter wheels look just hideous. Can't wait to see the stockers back on it. Hope you are healing up well from the accident.

The '14 RS package LED tail lights are functionally better.
& I like them better for safety.
They tried to make them look like the '69 era Camaros.

They are super bright.
& have now separate turn signals now.

I know on a Camaro5 Fest where they had a State Troop escort.
They were to have their 4-way flashes on.
Well those are also the brake lights !!!
1 Foctard decided to mess around & horsed it at the wrong time.
Hit the car in front of him.
Gone under his car; & managed to totalled his own car.

Just wish the Euro spec Red Rear Fog Lights were hooked it for Canada/US markets
(The spot is there...but nothing lights up.)

Kind of had to get aftermarket rims & winter tires.

They came stock with 20"x8" & 20"x9" rims & 245/45-20 & 275/40-20 Pirelli P-Zero SUMMER ONLY tires.

Damn thing doesn't have a Block Heater on the SS's...because GM doesn't think people will drive them in the winter time !!!
Even though it has heated seats & side view mirrors
(The LT & LS 323 hp V6 model Camaros have a Block Heater.)

It was all about the price !!!
& I like them

It seems a lot of rims are going that style/pattern.
Hard to find a nice 5-star rim these days.

This 19" winter tire & rims package was like $26xx Cdn.
(Only certain 19" rims would of cleared the Brembo brakes.)

If I had gone with 20" winter tire & rims package...it would of been in the $31xx Cdn range.

Note: I went to our car club sponsor; not through the dealer for it.

Oh, & the hood air/heat extractors REALLY WORK!!!

& the stock exhuast is now slightly louder than before (even if you don't order the NPP bi-modal performance exhaust on the LS3 stick cars).
So it has some GRRRR to it when you start her up.

Takes getting used to those tails but I am starting to like them.

Saw a 2014 ZL1 at O'Reillys. Not to bad looking even though I'm not much of a Camaro fan.
