Transmission compatibility for 1997 Grand Am GT

Hi everyone,

I am replacing the tranny on my GT and have two potential donors:

- 1996 Grand Am GT (rebuilt)
- 1997 Buick Skylark (70 kms on it)

I looked up on Wikipedia and it looks like they used the exact same for both of these cars, but just wanted to verify.

Also, should I go for the Tranny with less KMs or the one that is rebuilt, assuming that both are perfectly compatible?
