Question Problem with A/C and Heat

Just recently my A/C and heat stopped working on 1 and 2. For it to even start blowing I have to turn it to 3. Has anybody else here had this problem? If not, any ideas as to what could be wrong??

This is the part you need to fix your HVAC blower fan when you can only get good air flow when you have it on the "3" setting.

Part #: 15359314
GM List: $23.09
GMParrtsDirect.com: $11.54

good luck

Thanks a bunch ya'll I really appreciate it!

By the way, it's still under warranty...do you think it would be easier to just take it in or should I buy the part and fix it and not waste my time at the dealer?
