GAGT.com..lookin for a little help

Hey guys,
I know times are tough and funds are tight with most people, and that includes us folks at GrandAmGT.com. Our sponsors do a great job of helping us cover our expenses and we fill in the gaps with the help from our Premium Memberships. But things have dropped off and our funding is growing towards an area of concern.

To help boost up our available funds to keep the site running, I've dropped the price of our Premium Memberships from $15/year to $10/year to hopefully make it more "doable" for our members.

Some of the benefits of being a Premimum Member include:

* Increased PM space
* Ability to create new posts in Almost Anything Goes section
* Access to the GrandAmGT.com garage where you can post pictures of your ride & mods

Again, I know times are tough and we're all feeling it, but if you have a little extra scratch you can spare to help keep the site going through the rough times, I'd appreciate any help you can give.

If you don't want to do a Premium Membership, but want to donate to help the site, you can send a regular Paypal donation to mygrandamgt1 @aol.com

Thank you again for your help!

Good deal.

I've been around a lot of forums, and this is the one I continue to come back to even though my Grand Am is long gone, because quite frankly this site has a lot of cool people and very few douchebags. Even though we all give each other a hard time, it's nothing like a lot of the jerkasses I (and I'm sure a lot of you) see on many other forums.

Anyways, it would be cool to do what you all can to keep the site going, and prevent the loss of a good thing

+1

I'd gladly pay more for a membership, so I sent a little something to your paypal. I hope the site can keep running!

I paid for my membership but I R not yellow....

I'm a member of GAOC, Hinesville Street Racing, Fla GM Club, Armed Forces Car Club, and Military Tuners, and I don't frequent them anywhere near as much as I do here.

Maybe it's because I'm a glutton for punishment...

Done. I actually forgot to change my renewal through paypal to a different account 'cause I changed some stuff and the automatic billing failed last time. It's all setup again though.

I don't mind donating a little extra to keep the site running either, even though I'm surviving on disability payments right now I can spare a little bit. It would help if I could actually get on the site though. I'm on my friends laptop right now. I haven't been able to connect to the server since friday last week, and I was only able to for a week before that. It's was 9 days without being able to log on then... I don't know whats going on.

I've been doing premium for a few years now. Worth a renewal everytime even for the $15 it was at.

thanks guys for helping out! Every little bit helps fill in the gaps and keep the lights on. I know it's sometimes hard to justify paying for an internet site for a car that's not in production anymore, but they're still tons of Grand Am's out there and people modding and fixin' them and come to this site to look for the help and advice that us experts have to offer.

I'm a member on several different forums (dontcha love the mass of system generated emails you get on your birthday?) and try to contribute at least once a year to each of them to help them keep their lights on and to offer me a place to hang and ask my questions.

Thanks again for those that have helped out so far, hopefully we can keep the goodwill ball rollin and pickup some more Premium Members!

i know it's been talked about before, but I don't thin k it would hurt to make the Membership button a little more prominent and flashy...
