3500 swap, pick up a motor for $700 low miles and you already get 200hp and a better gasket setup. the two hottest cylinders are better cooled as well. Basically the obsolete 3400 so why not??

A full swap would definitely give you more power. More displacement and a higher compression ratio than the hybrid or a stock 3400. It will cost more though and require a little more modification and parts. But it's definitely do-able and worth it if you want to go that route and pull the whole engine.

talk to Milzy there are a few good 3500s sitting on the shelves in the shop as well as the conversion kits for the trigger wheel and throttle body. he may have pm'd you already with details, but there is more then one engine here on the shelf so if anyone needs one or parts hes got them.

If you've got the money and resources, do the full swap..Otherwise, Hybrid..
