I was one of those who would say, "ill never get rid of my grand am, never " With the current mods i have on my car and the parts waiting to be installed, i guess it gives that car more value, close enough to where i could have a newer, faster and more fun to drive car for just a matter of trade. But then again, yes its a Rwd v8 mustang , an"upgrade", but with a 5 year older engine and about 85k more miles than my GA.
If i ever considerer another car, i would have to keep in mind that ill never find a newer car that that i can afford and will have less miles than My GA. That i would consider a downgrade. |

the GA is what it is, and I guess the mustangs are too. I'm just not a fan of them, but I do agree on several points in here
1> you have a MUCH newer motor, which weighs heavily for your GA. 2> 120K isn't all that bad anymore on an engine... but it's a mustang and it's been boy racer'd all over hell and back those 120K miles, you'll be throwing parts on it to make it right, BEFORE making it yours. that's my .02 |

Bone stock is not a bad thing. You don't have to undo crap work to turn around and do it again. In the long haul it can make life way easier... not always a bad thing

At the end if the day, it's a 99 grand am se. That has a motor swap (no offense, no idea of the quality of work done to the or the swap). That has seen the elements. And he is willing to trade with an unmolested car that has been garage kept.
I still say trade. |

O Yeah, that makes a lot of sense. I sure hope you're not expected to do anything important or requiring thought where you are.
