Well, I just have to say, Zaino can be applied in direct sunlight, and Zaino doesn't need to be stored in a garage for 12 hours after you apply it

some quotes from the guys at autopia

Quote:
Rejex they compare it to Zaino. I still don't use Zaino either but have. The Rejex in my experience was hard to remove and didn't live past the first wash.
Quote:
All in all pretty impressed with the Rejex. Not the greatest , but pretty nice.
Quote:
i have used it and like it alot. Very slick and durable. Not a bad look either. I need to get some more.
Quote:
Car&Driver did a write up on the product two winters ago. They, of course, reported it as being the next greatest product made. I like it on lower plastic panels and bumper covers. I find that the ultra-slick finish disappears after the 1st wash.
Basically it's alot of mixed reviews from the guys over there. I personally have never used it. And yes, I found out that it is infact a sealant so I was wrong in my previous post.

I'd say it's worth a try, but try to remember that every company hypes up their products and makes claims that rarely come out true. Like my wonderful new bottle of wheel shine...it isn't shiney.

yeah i was wrong, i read that site wrong and figured things out after looking at autopia. it seems like it gives a decent result with the exception of durability.

well iirc sealents are bad, cause they dont allow your paint to breeth for a long amount of time. so if this allows your paint to breeth after the first wash, then that is a good thing.

Basicly what AJ said. The reviews on autopia are in this sealants favor. Since i hadnt read any bad reviews of it and ALOT of people are saying its comparable to Zaino. Looks like a good buy.

I dont like that it has a cure time. Thats fine for your garage queens but not for the DD.

I also dont like that i cant put a nuaba over it.

Other than that it looks like a very good product.

The only time your paint needs to breath is when it fresh paint, it needs to out-gas.

finally the master chimes in. ok, well i guess i will be the red test rat on this. i'll let you guys know. my friend made it sound like i'll never have to wash my car again. which if i only had to wash it once a month, that would be a huge plus. we shall see.

No matter what sealant or wax you use it will not last long and nothing keeps your vehicle clean except washing it correctly and doing it every week or more.

Sounds like your freind is hypeing it up more than what it is. Kinda like what people do with Zaino. Superb and top notch products but there are tons just as good that can accomplish the same results.

I have noticed that some sealants/wax somewhat repel dust but nothing to write home about.
Again though, no matter what you use, if your car is a DD, it needs to be washed and dried weekly and waxed/sealed monthly. If you wanna maintane that 'just waxed' look use a QD specially made for your type of wax/sealant right after you wash and dry.

repealing dust is huge for me. i work next to a place that does nothing but smash and grind concrete for 8 hours a day. so when i get out of work on monday, instead of a awesome looking clean car that i drove in with, there is a nice layer of concrete dust on my car. it sucks.

In your case i would make sure to wash as much as possible and even clay bar more often with a fine clay bar. If your gentle with a fine bar you wont remove any of your waxes and i would recomend waxing more often. For me, waxing is relaxing.
