Didn't read the entire article, but someone want to explain how the fock this is gonna change things?? The problems were mostly at hotels and the surrounding roads with people speeding/racing/etc. All Carlisle is doing is placing the responsibility on Harrisburg's police force now....lazy ass hick cops.

I guess they think they can control things better indoors...a little more obvoius if someone is doing a burnout indoors. Probably stricter rules I'm sure...no alcohol, no cruising around, no nudity

Not just that, I think the idea is to move the show to a facility and city that can handle it. Obviously the police/residents of Carlisle can't.
