please guys I wanna ask u a favor and pls post a least one pic where all the CFR hose go connected to, I think that 99-00 ga have diffrent EGR than 01-03 I'm having bad problems, I was checking for vacuum leaks yesterday until 12am and when i turned on the car, it will die and everything seems coorect except where the CFR area in top of the fuel regulator I really have no idea how to connect those small hoses and also the boost gauge. I would really appreciat if somebody can post a pic.

http://www.grandamgt.com/forum/attac...=&postid=85519 this is the closet pics i found but still cannot see where all the hoses go

The 2 vaccuum hoses from the FPR get t'd together and connected to the vaccuum port on the UIM (the one right there next to the FPR). As for the boost gauge, you can connect in to any of the vaccuum lines that are pressurized...anything past the SC. Most people connect it to the vaccuum port on the passengers side rear of the UIM or to the MAP sensor. Really any vaccuum line will work as long as it's after the SC. Let me know if you have any other questions. Oh, the EGR is different on the 99-00, but don't worry about it. Just block the port on the SC where the EGR line is supposed to connect and leave the EGR in it's original location. I actually had the code for the EGR turned off in my PCM and blocked both the port on the SC and the port on the UIM, but it really doesn't matter.

AaronGTR has made plenty of valid pointsAaronGTR has made plenty of valid points
If he's using the stock pulley he should be hitting 5psi at redline, and it says in his last post he's getting 5psi.

I agree with knappy1. You really should stop posting about things you know nothing about. Cubic inches of displacement and psi really have nothing to do with correct sizing of a SC or turbo to an engine. All that matters is the blowers ability to deliver a certain volume of air at a certain rotation speed and be within a certain range of efficiency. If the M62 can deliver enough cfm to reach 12psi+ on our engine and be in the efficiency zone then it is correctly sized. The difference between you and the people at magnacharger is they're experts and you're not. That's why they own a business designing supercharger kits.
