gains right now would be specualtion.
but about 260-280 hp from the base kit and
350 from the all out kit.
I'm at 325 now so with a better more capable Sc it shouldnt be hard to hit those numbers. but transmission work will prolly be required.
so I'm not sure exactly what will be in the all out kit.
it may be more of a packege than a SC kit.

KpazzH0ly, it's still pretty hush but I just wanted to see if intrest was there.
a few know what kind of sc I'm planning on. but things may change.

also my current system may be up for grabs when this gets off the ground.

well either way, I think its a great idea, and I hope that people will have the money to buy it(including me). but its hard for me at the moment with all these payments coming my way. Ill start saving now, but prolly in a year and a half.....I hear u amraam, its tough to commit to such a expensive "toy". But I hope I can.

It looks like there is interest, but there are few actual buyers. John, I truly applaud your efforts because, Grand Am's need all the'aftermarket' parts they can possibly get. to you,Bro.

ok....
I've been looking into head unit cost more and found some very promising prices though some wharehouse distributors.
I set up a dealer account today with one.
the only snag right now is the drive shaft
we need one longer than offered so I have to go custom.
also I have to adress some of the accessories in the kit.
but looks like next spring/summer there will be some apoc SC kits out there.

well I guess everyone has figured it out
yeah its a twin screw.
I chose this because of the incredible low end but high adiabatic efficiency and high boost capabillity.
the unit I have picked out is big enough to blow our motor apart before maxing out so you will have to be carefull.
since the setup will most likely have a boost controller, it will be easy to go overboard and over boost the car.

as for deposits, I'd have no problem with that.
the deposits will be refundable untill I start building your kit. then your locked in.
the first buyer will be locked in almost instantly.
when I receive the first deposit I'm going to start buying parts.

If it is done this way the project will come together way faster because we can start almost instantly on it.

after a few kits are sold I'll have all the basics for the kit made and ready. then when an order is placed I'll only have to get the sc its self. So they will basiclly be instock and will ship within about 2 weeks from the order date.
The first buyer may want to be close to colorado because you will get a free install and I will need the car for some fitment since my layout is a little different in my car.
also we will have to go dyno tune the car in denver.
