Chill out man I just think Kman was asking who you had in mind. This thread is just for some friendly competition for those involved, as it has been in the years past.. It's not a ****in or popularity contest, don't take so much offense??

How the heck is that construed as anything more??

What have I ever done to NOT earn people's respect around here? Yeah, I speak up for myself, your point?

I've test pigged a turbo, I'm about to test pig a transmission with a pre-loaded slip differential, I've helped get companies to notice this platform. I'm working on Delrin motor mounts and limiters. What more do you want?

Everyone in this thread has talked trash, I make an announcement that I'm going to try too and people take it personally. wtf

I think I'm about through with these boards and the GAGT. I think once I get the last few parts (heads, LIM, UIM, TB, tranny, Delrin mounts, limiters) I have one order and have on hand installed I'm calling it quits. If I can't say or do anything without someone jumping me, it's pointless. I'm not going to spend a **** load of money on a lower when all anyone can do is cry when I think I'll do better than someone else. So **** it.

BTW, if you haven't noticed, I do have dyno results, I don't have 1/4's yet because the car has been under continuous building for the last year.
w0000w00000 I was about to stick up for you, but you beat me to it. Honestly mang, you've earned my respect. Good work, I hope the LSD goes well!

personally i take offense to it also though ice, aaron just wants to get on these boards and slam everyone for any idea that wasnt his. I think he is just a lil butt hurt that me and phantom are doing something other than what everybody else has. Maybe some of the moderators should step in and realize that aaron is always talking $h!7 so how come hes never warned.

I thought this site was for people interested in making a Grand Am fast, or look nice, and the point is to talk to some other guys about what they are doing with there car so you can get some ideas also. If So....
How come when me and spy and our crew posts some pics of my new setup people come flaming us for it. Thas a bunch of crap, listen to your mom aaron your disrespectful. If you dont got nothing nice to say then dont say anything!

I think some are on the super defensive and take questions and discussion points as slamming when it's really not. Lighten up, chill out, it's an internet forum.

Some are taking it like someone is making fun of them in the lunch room at elementary school and want to run home and cry to mommy. If you guys can't offer constructive criticism and also receive it then boo ****in hoo, grow up.

Learn how to use the report post button if you think someone is out of line, as it seems a bit dusty.

my .02. feel free to pm/im/call me and discuss as this is uber and I apologize

Be sure to notify me if you have any problems from anyone in the future. That's what moderators are for, along w/ the "report post" button.

I will side w/ iceman in saying that this thread is meant for pure enjoyment and playful challenges. I don't want to have to start deleting entire posts left and right...

Yeah, I think SPAZ is supposed to be working on that - but I think he's busy swapping in new Altezza's onto his Escalade...

When I get some time, I'll go through and try to compile a list.

Phantom, please understand that my first post wasn't aimed at you. If there's anyone on this board who seems to know what they're doing with a turbo it's you, and the shop you're dealing with seems to know what they're doing as well. If you go to GAP and beat me I'll be genuinely happy.

It's the other a$$clowns here that get my goat. Everyone here knows I don't talk smack. I walk the walk and always back up what I say, because I have a back bone!

Deek, I've read about what you did with the kit, and I looked at the pics. I am very familiar with this car so I can tell a lot from pics. I wasn't flaming YOU in anyway. I saw some problems with your setup and I pointed them out. I have the right to do that. You have the right to defend it also with whatever info you have. However what you and spy did instead was personally insult me and call me names instead of back up your claims with some kind of proof. Everyone on this board also knows that I don't take insults lying down. Say what ever you want about my car, but if you insult my intelligence... IT'S ON!

I really can't wait for GAP this year. My debut. And with my luck, there is either going to be another crazy rainstorm or the first ever summer snow storm!?!?!?

The question people should be asking is, "Will a GAP 2004 take place?" Nothing has been said about the event yet.

I think it's too big to pass up. Even if they have to up the fees a little I think most would pay.

If GAP doesn't happen there then maybe it could get done somewhere else.

^ Exactly...so either way, there WILL be a GAP. It just depends on whether or not it's gagt.com driven.
