OH GAWD... don't start this crap again. You're right, the SRT engine is great, the rest of the car is still a crappy neon. But I highly doubt that's the fastest SRT-4 in vegas. If it is, it's still stock. There are stock SRT-4's around here that run those kind of times. As a matter of fact I've raced one at the track that was stock (Nikki's friend), and guess what he beat me. You didn't keep up with him, you got beat too. Just drop it already!

Well.... if that Srteee-fo ran a best of 13.5 in Vegas..... thats good for a mid-12 at a decent elevation. Not too bad considering Deek hung with him as well as he did.

Personally, I'm impressed by Deek's performance VS. the SRT-4. Roughly 2 car lengths behind a 13.5, at elevation, is one quick Grand Am any way you cut it. It'll be better if/when you can put him in his place.....I hate SRT-4s.

Wait a minute, you've only run a high 14. I thought according to spyhunter 14's weren't fast for a grand am? And the SRT-4 that beat me was only two car lengths ahead. When we raced he ran a 13.8 and I ran a 14.5. That's about two car lengths, and in the quarter mile that's a lot. No one was impressed, including me. Losing is losing. Stop trying to make yourself feel good.

hahahaha you never get the hint do you aaron.... I ran in the high 14s with a boost leak, and not tuned. Hahaha i would snap you off so quickly now it is hilarious. By the way 14s arent fast, not around here there not. 13.8 - 14.5 is an a$$ whooping on the track. I know losing is losing, maybe you should go back and look where the neon came into play, (read the post, quit being lazy and ignorant) some one else brought it up not me.

wow IBTL. [edit] Nevermind...the jagged rocks comment was removed.

Seriously though Aaron....he ran a 14.9 before he fixed his boost leak. At elevation, he was 2 car lengths behind a car that ran a 13.5, at elevation. That means he's prolly low 14's at least. He can feel good for himself all he wants.

A little favor to everybody. Quote me properly.

Running 14's does not make a car fast, nor does it mean a car is fast. This is not limited to Grand Ams.

Running 14's means you run 14's.

Go do some real 13's and you're on your way to being a fast street car. 14's just means you can merge in and out of traffic efficiently. Spy hits 14's same applies to Spy. That's just the way it is around here, and to me.

14's is not fast. So yes Deek is not fast. He's peppy.
14's = peppy and in need of steroids.

Altitude is a poor excuse for a boosted car. You aren't all that much higher than everyone else either. Maybe if you were in denver... and fixing a small boost leak isn't going to make you go from high to low 14's either. You seriously have a lot to learn kid.

And spy, running low 14's makes you faster than about 80% of the cars on the road. No, it's not smokin fast, but it's pretty respectable, and I have yet to see either of you run one.

14's is still slow...

Deek already made a 14 something run. Deek go scan your time slip.

80% of all cars on the street are slow, 14's isn't godly. come on it's not hard to figure out.

It doesn't matter what I run since this post isn't about my car. I'll make a post about my car when I get around to it. You'll probably be surprised.

I'll give you one thing. Elevation IS a poor excuse for a boosted car. Deek runs 14's, okay done. Let's see what he does February 13th.

Don't worry about what I run, because still anything from 14's on is slow.

Derek stop talking about other cars, this post is about your car, go do something and scan a timeslip and post it up.

Aaron knows more about how turbo's work than you do. Just post up the facts, k?
