If you have received this email, you should expect your packet by Tuesday, May 11. If you do not receive your show field sticker by Tuesday, May 11, please email mikek@carsatcarlisle.com

ATTENTION OUTDOOR ASIAN AND DOMESTIC CLASSES
There is an error in the instruction sheet that you will receive in the mail. The sticker colors for Asian and Domestic vehicles were swapped but the location of each class on the showfield HAS NOT CHANGED.

How does this affect you? Simply put, all you will need to do is follow the map and signs to your named show field. As an example, if you are in the Asian class follow, the map and signs to the Asian show field. The show fields will no longer be referred to as the "Orange Field" or "Blue Field"

Our show parkers will be able to assist you in finding the correct field once you arrive at the event. Our show field signs will also match the sticker you received to make it easier.

i should pull that ... i'm Asian, i want to show in that part of the field... wtf?? i guess there are absolutely no European Imports registered?? ...i personally don't see them referring to the class as "Asian" as being PC at all, i view it as stupid...

I almost feel like emailing them just to be a smartass devil's advocate. Ask them something like: "I see your showfields are domestic and asian, well I have a Audi A4 so where am I going to be parking?? I don't want my German touring car with a bunch of southeast asian imports, they are totally different automobiles. Also, I don't think I should be placed with the blahhhh american styling. So where are you going to put us European cars to provide FAIR representation. I think this is VERY discriminatory!!"

Um... all they are saying is the Asian and domestic sticker colors were mixed up. The European and Japanese colors for the stickers were not. How is this a big deal?
