the best i could ever hook was 2.29 with bald rsa's cant do any better with kuhmos either. but i trap 89.6

not ripping on the camaros or f/b but i got to ride in a stock srt-4 today and it would take my brothers 98 camaro and my bros got the ls1 intake and exhaust im goin to be getting a srt-4 soon with the stage 2 upgrade and my friends gettin the stage 3 upgrade so when i run it at the track ill let ya know the #'s
by the way it could outrun my brothers camaro in top speed we got it to 145 and my bros tops out at 135 Last edited by black99gagt; 04-28-2004 at 11:37 AM. |

I am sorry, but I call BS on you. Stock for stock, a SRT-4 will not beat a LS1 with a good drivers, nor will it beat a modded one.
Another reason I say BS, is because THERE IS NO STAGE 3 YET. Stage 2 was JUST released. |

LS1 Camaros/Firebirds that came with Z-Rated tires stock are speed limited at 162 mph and they WILL go that fast if you got the room.

dont talk s**t if u dont know what your talkin about i priced out both the stage 2 and 3 turbo upgrades the stage 2 gives you 280hp and the stage 3 gives you 300hp but isnt street legal so next time know the facts b4 you say somethin

 , ok NEWBIE. I am ALWAYS on the SRT forums and I probley know more about them then you do. I guess stock SRT-4's runs a low 13 to a high 12 now, or even into mid 12's cause thats what a good driver on a LS1, modded, with good tires can run. So please, dont come here and say **** that you dont know about. If you think a stock SRT-4 can take a modded LS1, then the LS1 driver must not know how to drive, or has a lemon. Dont believe me? Go talk to the people on the SRT forums and ask about the stage 3 upgrade, or better yet, say a stock srt-4 beat a modded ls1.BTW, There is NO Stage 3 Updrage by mopar yet. When people sat they have a S1 or S2, they have the MOPAR kit, not some APC kit. WHat is stage 3, more neons and stickers? Rob, have fun with this. Last edited by 95-GT; 04-28-2004 at 02:46 PM. |

I'm with the real nookuhz here....no way a stock SRT-4 will take a modified LS1....unless the LS1 is in a GTO.

see its dumbasses like you why i dont post on here alot and i have been a member for 2 years so im no newbie to this site btw go to your local dodge dealership and ask them about the stage 3 upgrade they make the kit but they are not street legal maybe thats why u dont know about them if ur wonderin they are 2600 more then the stock price of a srt-4 and the give u 300hp with no cat so go there and then tell me what u think and if they dont tell you there is one ill have the dealership by me call you and prove you wrong eventhough i already have

LMFAO. Well tha "KIT" isnt made by Mopar, so thus, its not a kit. If it was not street legal, then by law they cannot have it. And Michigan has NO emissions or anything like that, so if its not street legal for emissions with no cat, then its legal here. Your responces get more and more stupid EVERY post. No dealership is going to 'make' a kit. All they are doing is probley lying to you, cause your so damn gullable. And a $2600 upgrade? Damn, stage 1 and 2 were between $300-$800, funny how the price jumps $1800 for a next kit
 And I can tell your lying more. How? You just type and type and type, with no pronunciation, grammer or anything. And whats the name of this dealer by your house? I will get the number myself and call them. This way I know I am not calling you just to make yourself feel special by lying to people over the internet. Plus I need this dealer so ALL the SRT guys can get the Stage 3, since nobody with an SRT-4 has it yet. I know they all wanted the S2, and it just came out. They will all love the S3. |

by the way there is no 300zx anymore i sold it now i have a 1972 chevelle malibu with a 454 big block with over 650hp so id really like to see what you have that can compare to that
