If someone could make a supercharger kit to fit the 3400, 3500, and 3900 with only minor changes in elbows and adaptors, I think the sales potential would be huge.

They probably wouldn't make another kit. They no longer have the molds for making the inlet/outlet casting. They could make everything else if they had an original kit to work from, but making the molds is the expensive part. It was originally financed by GM for using on their concept cars and magnacharger decided to make some for public sale since they already had the molds and specs. They didn't sell fast enough so when they sold out they didn't make anymore and destroyed the tooling.
The kit was far from perfect anyway. It really should have used an M90 blower and the inlet/outlet diameters are on the small side. And the intake snakes around to clear the stock mounting location of the battery and get to the stock airbox. It really should have been designed to relocate the battery and use a custom intake. A lot of compromises where made to make it a factory looking install and to make it dependable with easy drivability at the cost of a smaller power increase.

Hmm I just thought of something that may have been thought of before, but to me it's a new idea....
How much modification would be needed to get our custom inlet/outlet and other parts to work with an M90?

Actually I remember reading something about this over a year ago on another site that dealt mostly with eaton's. I might be able to turn something up in a search... |

The M90 would fit with some slight modifications. You'd need an aftermarket hood for certain for clearance on the top. You'd have to see if the drive shaft would bolt up or not. That would be the most critical thing. The inlet/outlet casting for sure would not connect since the M90 is taller and wider than the M62 and the openings are different. You could have new ones custom made out of sheet aluminum though. They'd just have to incorporate some type of mounting boss welded to the outlet for the second mounting bracket on the cylinder head.

Anybody thought about contacting
Www.rippmods.com ? They don't do eaton blowers, but they make vortech style kits for many v6 applications. I met the owner at sema two years ago. **** looks pretty good too.

difference is, looks like RIPP kits actually come complete w/ real solutions for fuel, that RSM didn't.

Let me clarify then. The M90 can't fit unless you want it sticking out of the hood. Honestly it may work, but it sure doesn't look good.

I've seen pics of that cavi aleroboi is talking about. I think for the amount of hassle it would be to put the m90 on our 3.4 you might as well go with a custom turbo setup. Granted it's going to cost a pretty penny but least you don't have a supercharger protruding out of your hood.

New Story about Blair's Kit. We were spose to met up and i was going to get the kit. Well what ended up happening was i was not able to met him becuase i had to change out both 02 censors on my car. So like for the past two weeks i havent talked to him so he called me and said that his garage had gotten briken into and parts of the kit got stolen. My question is are there any ways to get replacement parts for this kit or do you have to get them cnc machined?

The orange coupler that goes from the SC to the eblow that mounts on the plenum.
The fuel pressure regulator and I believe that is it. He said that he had two kit and they took one box with one kit in it and didnt get the rest of the stuff for the other stuff, and plus Mike from Milzy has most of the other stuff too I found a thread that said that you can get the coupler from Samco sport. Here is the link to that thread. If someone can check to make sure i have all Supercharger Parts I'm good at searching
