How about Mustang owners go to Mustang forums instead of gloating about their prized toys on here. Nobody here cares.

I dont see other car owners causing trouble here. Certain mustang owners are putting their cars up against the world. Its just a big flame war. Reason why I said keep your gloating to your forums, talk trash on GTO's, 10 sec supras and pintos over there nobody here really cares. Afterall we all drive 15 second grand am's

You obviously care because you're going on and on about it.

Question...

Is this a Grand Am, GTO or Mustang forum?

How about we take the GTO vs. Mustang bickering to a Mustang or GTO site?

However, perfectly ok to talk about Rustangs and GTO's in this part of the forum since I think it's called "Auto News and Rumors". That would imply more than just a Grand Am.

It allows the engine to be calibrated to produce higher torque. Secondly, it provides a free-flowing exhaust system, while still providing the capability for passing mandated pass-by noise regulations in the U.S., Canada, and U.K. Thirdly, it makes for some lovely exhaust sounds at wide-open throttle. The exhaust side of the engine also features a full 2 ½ inch stainless steel exhaust system, running from the exhaust manifold outlet to the tip of the exhaust pipes. "

Yeah, I read about it before you posted that a few days ago. I believe the new Maxima has something similar.

The new Maxima, the old Maxima, the Altima and the Hyundai Elantra all have this "innovative" muffler valve feature... that's just to name a few car makers that have mufflers with valves in them, I am sure there are many more.

Mustangs an ugly car, its design (especially it HUGE butt) are the worst I have ever seen. Coupled with bad interior quality etc. Mustangs should be thrown on the dust bin of worst automotive desgn. Ford desgners got lazy and copied the old mustang.

Most people didn't spend that much.

Let's talk about the "GTslow" when 2005 rolls around and it has the 6.0 V8 in it.

BTW anyone fooling themselves into thinking the 2005 Mustang GT can hang with even a 2004 GTO (proper comparison would be 2005 GTO) should step out of the mags and into reality.

That was the idea dill-hole. And I hardly doubt there's any way to tell the interior quality considering the cars been out for all of 3 weeks now.
