artest isnt a little bitch.. he's an a$$hole (theres another word i'd use but it is definetly not something i'm willing to type)... but half the nba players are

also, you gotta realize Ben Wallace was the defensive player of the year two years straight. then Ron Artest took that title from him. So those two will ALWAYS play rough and very physical with each other trying to show each other up and whos a better player.

....but nothing has been set in stone yet... so we'll see what the final outcome.

side note.... you see J. O'neal lay out the guy on the floor... he got knocked the f*ck out!

According to the AP, Artest is out for the year, Jackson for 30, O'Neal for 25, and Wallace for 6.

There goes the Pacers season, also...

Four players were suspended for a game apiece: Indiana's Reggie Miller, and Detroit's Chauncey Billups, Elden Campbell and Derrick Coleman

Wonder if this will wake Artest up??? This guy was a h0m0 at St Johns and has been nothing but a bust in the NBA too, his antics made him famous. Now, not only does he NOT get to play..he's losing basically a WHOLE YEAR'S salary!

I heard he's still going to make the money still since he's in a contract?

I think what happened with the guys is fair. Wallace HAD to get something otherwise everyone would be in turmoil. Derek, isn't there only 84 games in a season, so 30 games would be 25% right?

Thats funny you said that about the rapping part, cause my mom's bf said he heard that Artest had been asking to take some time off to work on his CD lmfao

theres 82 games in the season...

25% would be 20-21 games
30% would be about 25 games (J. O'neal's suspension)
37% would be around 30 games (S. Jackson's suspension)

I think its safe to say the pacers just screwed themselves out of a championship.

The pacers are going to petition the harshness of the punishments too... like that would help any

See i'm just horrible with math and numbers

People at work were talkin about the pacers game the other night, apparently they had 6 players on court the entire game? That sucks! They're done for.

I'm almost willing to bet that because of the brawl, NBA TV ratings are going to go through the roof with anticipation in the next fights of the future

I was hoping that Reggie Miller would get knocked out.

Maybe next time.

either that, or fans losing respect for the players and the league in general and make ratings go down.

i'm sure there are alot of people tired of hearing all the drama that goes along with the nba.

the pistons come into the pacers arena christmas day i believe... brawl part 2!...
