Ypu must hit 130 to qualify for SQ+ or all-out SPL. There is no minimum for just the SQ portion that I have ever been aware of.

Not sure what DB I've hit but... running 2 12's on a 1ohm load. Probably hitting about 300 on each 12. If I crank that bad boy up my CD starts skipping all while the radar detector on the windshield is dancing. Funny as hell...

Most shops charge about $20
Most of the time $10 if you are not going to compete nationally. Quote:

My friend has the same setup except that he has a ported box that will get you a better SPL.
I'm hitting 153s. He is no where near me! I would say you are hitting around 140 with that Tweeter sealed box.

JL has an Eclipse with 2 10W7's in sealed boxes with a 500/1 to each (2 amps) hitting 152's, so I doubt you're in the 150's with a single sub in that car. The W7 is an awesome woofer to be sure, but somewhere about 139 to 142 is what I'd expect t see there if the system is set up right. You know you're nearing 150 when you can't stand to be in the vehicle while it's cranked.
![]() That's pretty loud for a single 10 in a sealed box, though - enjoy!
