Why is GM still using sorry ass Goodyear RS-A tires?

Car looks pretty good. GM definitely needs to make more cars like this. Odd placement of the reverse light though.

I found two things I don't like besides the non-symetric exhaust: 1.The armrest looks very unusable, especially for shifting. 2. Is that an old fashioned fixed mast radio antenna? I know you can't put it in the rear glass of a convertible, but Christ, put a nubby one on there like Honda has been doing to the S2000 for 6 years!

Edit: 3: Where the hell is the oil temp gauge?

^ Its a cheap omission in a sports geared car, I could see leaving it out in a Cobalt or Aveo, but not in a driver's car.

The wheel gap on my Cavalier with 14" wheels reminds me of an old Ford Bronco. (Then again I am not complaining cause I knew that when I bought the thing)

SUV's and trucks are supposed to have wheel gap, not a car, and most certainly not a sports car.

I think I might have to pick one up if the price is right. That car is damn sexy! Opel's got some good designs.

I was speaking about the abscence of a oil/ coolant temp gauge, not the wheel gap.

I didn't notice the radio mast until ben mentioned it. It looks extremely odd on this type of car. Cost cut #1.

A $10 fixed mast antenna or a $100 retractable antenna? Come on guys, it's a $20k car. At least they got the looks right.
