Hate to break it But nikki Is right. But those "Eurpoean cars" Bluh Bluh "I'll only buy American" Honda's and Nissan For example are made in the State's Sure there are part's and Sh!t made over sea's But look at The GA is not 100% American Either NO car is.

The Honda is By far a more relieable car, not to mention better HP and resale vaule something Gm lack's along with ford.

I my self would Be the frist inline for a Honda Accord!
As for the Honda Accord/Rsx~ I think it depends on what kinda style your looking for, Price and a few other things

Oh God, please make it stop. Why are people using Grand Ams as the only car in defense of American Manufacturers? If you're racing a ferrari, you don't put an escort up against it! Just about everything Chrysler is putting out now has quality all over it. GM is still up there, in fact look at the lists of problems with each manufacturer, they are towards the top! Grand am is a cheap car built for people on a budget! stop complaining cuz you didnt buy a cadillac! what is it, $22k brand new?!!?

I just bought a house, so I'm broke. In the next six months I'll probably get a beater truck to haul around house and garden stuff. If I get the cash for a fun car ever again, I want a Merkur XR4Ti... lightweight, turbocharged and rear wheel drive. Power oversteer... woohoo!

It is nice to see love for all cars. Though i must say that imo the quality of my civic surpases the grand am gt i owned previous in many ways and feels just as fast if not faster. So to each their own. I would buy a corvette as fast as i would by an s4 or an evo.

I can't buy a Honda even if I like them. Why? My best friend thinks they are the greatest and his favorite is the Accord. If I were to buy one it would be like admiting defeat.

Nissan, Toyota or any other is good in my book... along with the Mexican and Canadian cars (the "big 2" Dodge and GM)<--- note I didn't say "the big 3"

You think about that one, black shows everything. I would love to have that color, but it so too much upkeep to keep it looking good.

Outside of the Mustang there isn't much on the Ford lot right now, unless they have a fire sale on thunderbirds and GT (the supercar).

The Orange Grand Am and Silver solara are my first two cars that havent been black. Otherwise, the 9 other cars that Ive had have all been black. I miss it, even though its a ton of upkeep. I always washed my black gagt's and whatnot. I have yet to touch the silver solara- its gross. My fault- I took a good deal in price over the color of the car, and i made a mistake by buying silver.

My family had a 92 Bonneville that was absolutely beat on till we sold it when it had 150 plus miles on it. My friend also had another 93 bonneville that went another 150 plus before he killed the tranny. So all in all american cars are just as reliable if not more. My dad is certified by ASE for pretty much every category possible (car light/heavy trucks) and he does choose to drive GMs. I asked him about it before and he told me that really one is not more relaible then the other its just imports cost more to fix. I dont bash honda, they are good cars, but just because its got that plastic H on it doesnt mean your car is going to be problem free. How old is your car? 2 years? Thats a good judgement call as to imports are better? Did you know Honda doesnt like to make their recalls public, they like to say contact dealer in programs such as AllData? Got something to hide maybe? No car is perfect, it depends upon preference. I choose American because they tend to look better and when it comes down to performance they got Japan pwnd.
