I was gonna say.... 9 hours??? It only took me about 4 and a half hours to get from Chicago to Sterling Heights a couple weeks ago! And anyone is welcome to come and hang out, not just GA's!

Yea, I think you could get all the way over to my neck of the woods in that amount of time. Ah well. It's looking like there will be a decent turnout, considering it's still like 5 months away.

LUCKY.....
I'll most likely be driving straight from Fargo. I don't want to think about how long that is going to be.

Well the track is in Byron IL (near Rockford) but the hotel and the rest of the stuff would be more in the western suburbs.. trying to find something that is not too far from the track.. maybe something around Schaumburg since there is a lot to do over there and lots of hotels. The track is only a little over an hour away from Schaumburg down I90. Unfortunately none of our tracks here are close to highly populated areas...

and I just saw that Byron listed their 2005 schedule and on the same day we would be there... Sat. 4th T&T –Pontiac Oakland Club- will be there as well

it takes me 10hrs (700) miles to get to devils lake ND, so from DL to far, its prolly a little over an hour and a half, so take 8.5hrs to madison, plus 2hrs, your lookin at 10.5hrs max straight through...

Yeah, if anyone within a 2-hour radius doesn't go, i'll track you down and steal your wheels.

Every other time there's a Chicago or Illinois meet, Wisconsin represents more than IL does.
