the cops around here suck. and i mean suck. my buddys house got broken into, they didnt do sh*t. my g/f's car got broken into, didnt do sh*t. see a patern. they dont care unless you have some sort of proof. so i bought a night vision camera that is hooked up in my bedroom, looking at the parking lot. that way if it happends again i can tape the pr*cks.

as far as insurance i am not going to report it for paint job that a few hundred bucks. i will pay 10x that if i claim it, and my rates go up.

You know what I would do is become good friends with someone who has an apartment facing the one where you think the eggs came from and stay up all friday or saturday night sometime. If anything is gonna happen it will be when the cool kids that did it are drunk on half a mickey and want to break something.

I'd wait up for them, catch them doing it and then go to their place with atleast 3 of the aforementioned guns you picked up and explain nicely that you have a short temper. But that's just me.

yeah thats not a bad idea. instead of going over there i think i would tape the whole thing while i go out there and beat the crap out of someone. i dont remember if i said this but the b*tch of the thing is even if i blow there car up its government housing so in the end i am paying for it. h*ll i more then likely paid for the eggs that hit my car.

That second pic is EXACTLY what my car looked like in one spot after a good egging. I think it was the egg shell dissipating in that pattern and taking out the paint. sucks. ****ING KILL EM!

just waiting for my time to strike. i am thinking about just sitting in the parking lot with my system cranked, and then go back inside. little do they know i would have a bunch of friends in the van next to my car just waiting for them to break in. then beofre the cops get there, it would appear as thogh they "fell" once or twice. i could understand if i p*ssed someone off, but it was my first night there.

jim, if you havent had that stuff repaired yet, i was checkin out paint shops on mckinley the other day, there's a small one on the southside of the road, across the tracks, about halfway between mishawaka and penn HS which seems to do great work (from what was displayed). i cant remember the name of it for the life of me tho.

thats a shame about the egg, on my cardomain you can see the pictures of all the food thrown at my car as well, stupid kids.




and if anybody ever steals **** from your car, tell me asap. I still have connections from high school that could probably track down who is selling it hot. And I have connections that can make sure it never happens again.

Knowing this has kept me less nervous about break ins, as my chances of finding out who has my stuff are pretty good. As well as the fact that I know TONS of cops through work.

yeah, we put pressure on the people doing this, like i said i can find out who is stealing **** and maybe work some deals so they leave specific cars alone. i can see what i can do after the meet is over and i have more time on my hands.

only other thing i can think of is mods that bring less attention to your car, make things less visible and such. park in well lit areas near commonly used roads, crap like that.

sorry aj i think u miss understood. i dont work "deals" with people who steal. its simple if you break into my car and i catch u i am prepaired to die when i come out to comfront u. and besides my car does apear stock. i dont let my screen out in the apt complex, dont jam real loud with the system, dont atract stupid attention.

the thing i am saying is there something i can put on my alarm that will detect such a thing as a egg hitting the car? something to that affect.

, with motion sensers right? again i live in a apt, i dont think the other people who park in the lot will be too happy with that. again i have a garage but its a good minute or so walk away. i am not lazy, but if i unload groceries @ night i dont want to come out to a egged car when i go to put it in the garage. in other words i shouldnt have to feel afraid to leave my car in the parking lot.
