Min wins out, we win out, both 10-6 with our divisional record we go.
I'll say it again ..its your CONFERENCE record, not your division

Eh meant the same thing, said it wrong.
Here are the tie breakers:

If it is necessary to break ties to determine the two Wild-Card clubs from each conference, the following steps will be taken.
1. If the tied clubs are from the same division, apply division tie breaker.
2. If the tied clubs are from different divisions, apply the following steps.

Two Clubs
1. Head-to-head, if applicable.
2. Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the conference.
3. Best won-lost-tied percentage in common games, minimum of four.
4. Strength of victory.
5. Strength of schedule.
6. Best combined ranking among conference teams in points scored and points allowed.
7. Best combined ranking among all teams in points scored and points allowed.
8. Best net points in conference games.
9. Best net points in all games.
10. Best net touchdowns in all games.
11. Coin toss.

We'll be 8-2 in the NFC, Vikes are 6-4 in the NFC, and Falcons are 5-4. So, as I said, if the Falcons loose one more game, we all finish 10-6, due to wildcard tiebreakers, we win.
If we all win out with Atlanta loosing tonight here would be the end results
Redskins 10-2 NFC 10-6 Overall
Vikings 8-4 NFC 10-6 Overall
Falcons 7-5 NFC 10-6 Overall
However, as I said if Atlanta wins out, it's all moot as they finish 11-5. But as I said, if Atlanta looses one more, we're in. And gauging the end of thier schedual, they won't win out. Hell, I'm hoping it ends tonight.

Bah you can't take something I said about one game in anger and turn it around haha. And I never said they sucked, I said the team that sucked less when they played the raiders won :P

I ended up going to the Charges game, you couldn't sell tickets for face value that week, and unless I was going to be making money I was going to the game. I even bought two extra tickets that week since I got them for $30/each and brought Amanda and her sister.

My brother and dad went to the game today, It always used to be my dad + me or my brother until recently when hes stopped going, bad back and all the walking don't get along too well. We shoulda sold these, though. Tickets were going for $250/each, parking passes for $150. Coulda made a quick $500.

I'm probably going to end up sellinng or giving away the Giants tickets to a neighbor. I'd planned on going, but they changed it from a 1:00 to a 4:15, and on Christmas Eve we have family over from my moms side so Christmas Day we can go down to Dads side. They just had to switch the start time though :/

Just to add though, I have Chicken Little syndrome. 6-8 hrs after a win or loss take anything I saw with a grain of salt . Got to wait until Monday for me to put things in perspective.

Metallman, thanks for the renewed faith in my Steelers... I told ya you guys would have an extra game's lead in your division after Sunday.

Justin, you're a smart man by picking the way you did this week. But, I did one up on you.... The only pick we had different was the Giants game. I, too, picked the Texans "upset" even if it was against the Cardinals. The Skins are in the same boat as the Steelers. If we win out and San Diego wins out, also, we get the Wildcard nod because we beat the Chargers in head-to-head competition. Our conference record is pretty horrid with five losses, but the first stipulation is head-to-head play...which is awesome. Once again, this is getting down to the nitty-gritty. ANYTHING can happen these next two weeks, and I'm pretty damned excited to watch it all.

By the way, can anyone beat 13 out of 15 correctly predicted games from this past week??? Just curious...

Yeah, seriously...freaking unreal. Just another example of anything happening at any time. Honestly, I'd hate to see Favre go out on such a terrible season, but I think he may retire after this year. He doesn't have anyone on his team that can protect him from the blitz and he doesn't have receivers that can catch the ball. Plus, Aaron Rogers played a good bit yesterday, so they may be trying to work him into the program sooner than expected. It's just looking worse and worse for the Cheeseheads every week.

Wasn't Rogers first pass attempt a fumble?
I stopped watching after that, went to bed
Even Madden was commenting, Farves throwing them in there, no one else on the team wants to make a play (at this point Gado was out).

Haha, yeah, but he played the whole fourth quarter. That leads me to believe they have plans for him in the near future. Favre does make some dumb throws, though. Any quarterback will make a few of those, but the ones that he LOOKS dumb are the ones that his receivers completely screw up the routes or don't put themselves in position to catch the ball. It's just a sad story this year in Green Bay.

i think its a great story this year in green bay. but to be honest i too dont want to see farve go out like this. but when they show him on tv it just looks like he has lost the will to win.
