the colts over the pats is possibly the best money bet anyone will see in any sport all year

of course the colts should win... on paper. but thats why they play the game, i picked all favorites this week and it didnt work out too well
but i never pick against my team because if they win i will be happy and ****ed at the same time
so i stayed away from that game

i dont think the colts are a safe bet until manning can win a game in n.e. throw everything on paper out the window! until they break the streak of 9 straight loses you just cant bet on em. manning turns into a rookie. the colts "o" turns into the 49ers, and as of years past there "d" just cant stop brady. i hate to say it but its the truth. the colts are my afc team, i love em. i hate NE! but i have to come down to earth on this pick. the pats are to the colts as kryptonite is to super man. that is the best way i can say it.

how about them bears. 4 game winning streak baby! and a 3 game lead in the division! i smell playoffs if they stay healty. i am thinking 10-6 maybe 9-7. they will loose to the steelers, panthers, and maybe the bucs. i think they will win against the falcons. the bears just know how to get to vick. and hopefully we will be able to sweep green bay. that would be at the top of my christmas list this year!

the only reason its differnt is b/c this year the colts have a "d". Belichick has indys "o" down to a tee. its hard to beat a team that knows what your going to do before you do it.

manning could yell out who he was throwing it to and where on the field... you still need the skill to execute.... which the pats do not have... well they have it, on the injury list and on the sidlines with crutches and casts

Pats are very depleted this year. They're a playoff kind of team, so we'll see. I know they beat the Steelers, but I really don't see them doing that again in the playoffs. The Steelers, of course, are my Super Bowl pick. It seems like they play wonderfully against really good teams, but struggle against the crappy teams. Either way, they find a way to win. As long as they keep Tommy freaking Maddox chained up in the Heinz Field dungeon and keep the rest of the team healthy, they'll be good. Indy could very well be the team to beat in the AFC. As far as the NFC, the Eagles won't amount to anything, Carolina has a good shot, and the Bucs are declining fast. My pick is the Giants. Eli is doing well and hooking up with his recievers much better. Tiki has been astounding, and the defense is strong. I'm going with a Steelers/Giants Super Bowl XL.

I still wouldn't count the Eagles out. They have the experience and determination to get back in to it. It'll be a tough road though.

i'm so smart. it was obvious the pats would lose this game

you can have all the plays you want and know the entire teams whole game from start to finish, if you dont have mediocre talent you can't execute.

with seymore out there was no pass rush really, which puts too much pressure on a team that has lost more than 4 defensive backs for the entire season

two things i wanted to talk about regarding the game, officiating... horrible. not enough holding calls on either side, players got away with everything

and the colts risking injuries to their top players when the game was obviously within control for them... just dumb. same with the pats having dillon on the field that late, real stupid, he isnt even 100 percent and your back up RB you just signed off the street

so... whoppdiesh.it manning got his win in foxboro. they were undefeated, the pats arent that great this year, we all knew it would happen and to me i dont see what the big deal was anyways, he didnt lose all those games in NE because of the stadium or the weather, he lost those games because he and his team were outmatched and out coached in previous matchups. i think the pats defensive coaching is very subpar this year

but anyways, the big wins are the playoff ones, and we all know how good indy is with those

and in response to iangt99, i think you give eli manning too much credit, ive watched many giants games and he still looks pretty inconsistent

Too much credit? He said eli is doing well and is hitting his receivers better this year (first of all because they are ALL healthy for once)...how is that too much credit? Eli is one of the calmest qb's in the nfl today and his team is 6-2. Give credit where credit is due.

eil has only won 1 away game in his entire careree. and that was last week against the 9esrs. if you cant win on the road, you wont even make the playoffs.

good job indy! good job peyton for your first win at ne! for one of the few times in my life i am happy to be wrong. i dont know if any team can stop indy this year. not the steelers, and not the pats. if they can stay healthy they will win the superbowl.

speaking of the superbowl here is a team you dont hear much about. seatle. they might be the surprise team this year in the nfc. the good thing about this year is its alot closer at this piont in the season then it was last year. the only really stand out team is indy. right now its anyones playoffs. the nfc title is up for grabs, and if someone can stop the indy train, so is the afc. i love it. last year at this piont i think the eagles had the only winning record in the nfc. it was pathetic. thats not true i know please dont jump on my back.

ok here are my super bowl pics. to me at this piont in the season its clear.

indy vs. chi
bears win. . . ok well i am probley half right with that pic.
