How far is this from Chicago? I'm considering either coming a couple days early or staying a couple days later and going to Chicago for a night or two, as part of an extended trip in Illinois. Partly because, i've never been! I declined a few offers to go on a cruise so far (because of my sister) but a couple days wouldn't hurt away.

well, ill probably be going down that friday night with dr. fab and anyone else who might come. but ill be leaving sometime sunday. so yeah.

the drive from the city isnt that bad, its a burb on the west/northwest side of the city, really doesnt take that long especially with the time of the meet (we avoid rush hour traffic)

it would be an honor to have you there, if you have any problems pm me, id be happy to give you my cell number. ive got all of the details memorized, rooms reserved. i can work on having some rooms available for more than the one night, just ask and i can make the call and make things happen for ya.
