HELP! Dimmer Relay Location

I lost my interior lights (cluster, HVAC, etc.) and this isn't the first time. I checked all the usual fuses that blow and they all checked out. i then checked every fuse and they were all good.

i heard that there is a dimmer relay under/ behind the dash. does anyone know where its located? I need this info ASAP if possible, my mechanic is going crazy trying to find the source of the problem.
