GRZHOPR Gettin' there
Hesitation between 60 & 70 mph

We are in process of selling my boss's 2001 Grand Am SE for him. One of the potential buyers reported a hesitation/lag in acceleration when reaching between 60 & 70 mph. I'm going to check for a clogged catalytic convertor and fuel filter when I get home. I am posting because I want to know what else I should check if neither of these is the case. My boss recently replaced the TPS, so that is not the cause either.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
My stable:

2001 Grand AM GT
1990 Dodge Dakota 4x4
1987 Chrysler Conquest
1988 Mitsubishi Starion
