Thanks thats allot nicer than the hoods i was finding.

And i have one more question how strong would a carbon fiber hood be? Im wondering because the reason i need a new hood in the first place is because someone jumped on mine in the school parking lot.

That hood from cerious hasnt been available for a loooong time. Theres only the oem style and the one with the small scoop from zspec. You can buy the jsp one from andysautosport.com as well.

Ok I think im going to go with the jsp hood but im wondering if i got the jsp hood with the drivers side scoop would their be some kind of intake i could install that would take in air from the scoop. Also if i did add some kind of intake like that would it be effective performance wise?

You could make a box that seals off from the engine bay but will let in air from the scoop. I couldnt see it being any more effective than just a cold air intake.

The only thing any hood is going to do performance wise is help dissipate heat. The scoops would have to stick up around 5-6 inches to start getting some air down into the engine bay.
