Engine Tear Apart

I have an extra 3400 sitting in my garage. What I want to know is, are there any parts that need to be labeled as to where they should go? I want to pull apart my engine and part it out. I heard something about the pushrods all being a little bit different. When I tore it apart though I don't recall them being different lengths. Is there anything I need to document? Let me know. Thx

So basically I can pull the rods and not worry about what order they go in? I have to price everything out. I'll let you know soon though.

well if you're putting them back in the same block with same lifters and same rocker arms, it's best to put them back right where you got them, but since you're parting out, it really wont make a difference... as long as the intake and exhaust are in the right place. as one is shorter then the other.
