Room rate is $69 ..... I couldn't believe the rate when I heard it so this is a very good rate for the area.

But they wouldnt hold the rooms until arrival so reservations must be made by May 20th. Around May 20th Ill call them and check their availability again and see if we cant move that date closer.

It looks like we need to book 10-rooms or more to get a group rate discount.

Because that seems to be the regular rate for a Super 8 Motel; these are the public "Best Available Rate" for the one in Mishawaka, which starts at $69.99 US for 1-king bed in a room or $69.99 US for 2-queen beds in a room

& why is this Super 8 Motel not "recommended" by the AAA, like the Super 8 Motel - South Bend at 4124 Ameritech Dr, South Bend, IN 46628, Phone: 574-243-0200 ?


PS: CAA/AAA members could qualify for a 10% discount on the "Best Available Rate" to the general public.
Not applicable to "group discounted" rates.

I dunno why they aren't recommended but Ive stayed there before and they aren't bad.

But for this area $69 is a good rate. Aj would know, they charge rediculous amounts for rooms here because of Notre Dame and various other stuff.

Looks like the regular room rate for the south bend location is 79. I figured the mishawaka location because its closer to the resteraunts AJ was talking about and a lot closer to the race track than South Bend is.

And I didnt choose a smoking preference, you get to pick that when you call to set up a reservation I believe.

There's actually a club out in Elkhart, I've never been, but it's open to teens..not sure about going since it's alot of HS people, but its an option..

Yea club 112 but the kids are way to young. Maybe we could figure out something to do to involve everyone but we can still drink. Like bowling, or something.
