DrFabulous has made plenty of valid pointsDrFabulous has made plenty of valid points
What do you want to do? Read this sticky for "go-fast" mods, most apply to the 3100 as well.
CAI/Exhaust FAQ... Look here before posting a new thread.

For handling, look at the suspension forum, then read the sticky called "spring/strut database"

My tip: read the stickies at the top of the forums.

You have the small port motor and probably don't have roller rockers either. I wouldn't spend any money on small port parts, so don't look at porting those manifolds. The large port, like the 3400 and 2000+ 3100 have will bolt right up minus the EGR. There are adapters available to keep the EGR.

Since you can't tune a 95, you either need to keep your modding limited to bolt ons, or go with a programmable computer. I have no idea how much you want to do so I won't go into details on everything available.

Megasquirt would be my vote, but you would want to keep the stock ECM for the transmission and gauges. Essentially, the megasquirt and the stock ECM would get the sensor feedback, but only the megasquirt would have outputs going to engine for spark and fuel.

mpracing.org might have an intake for your car.

Do any of you know what kind of exhaust i should look into. I dont want my car loud. Actually silent would be nice. I've had enough cars/trucks that were loud. I dont really want to stand out anymore.

Walker are supposed to be quiet. I wouldn't get stock mufflers from a pontiac shop. bling bling! I like the sound of a large resonator and flowmaster. The resonator kills the highs and make it sounds a lot deeper. Im sure it would work the same with a quieter muffler.
