Alright.. thanks for all the quick responses.. sorry I wasn't back on here earlier. Anyway, I'll try to answer your questions as best I can and I'll take some pics later today. Here are the questions I have so far:

Q: How long before you sell?
A: It may be a little while still, I wanted to get a thread like this started in case I needed to part out the car and I know it takes a little time to get things sold. Like I said, I don't want to sell any of this (accept the Alpine unit..) unless I HAVE to, so maybe a month or two.

Q: Fading in headlights?
A: I haven't noticed any, the black rubber around the outside is crap so it needs to be glued back on so it'll hold but the lens is fine on both units, I'll get pics later.

Q: Miles on springs? How much drop?
A: No idea.. they are a couple years old though so take your best guess, probably at least 20k. As for a drop, these are the lowest drop I have seen, I would say 2" easily. Lets put it this way, I have to get the jack out of the trunk to lift the car up to fit my floor jack under the car!

Q: Mods on PCM?
A: This is a standard tune from MPRacing, CAI, exhaust, trans mods, timing, etc. You need premium fuel to use this.

Q: Cutout, electric?
A: This is a fully electric unit from McCord Power Plate. The y-pipe is from Summit

Q: Prices include shipping?
A: The prices are for the part only, though shipping can be negotiated into the price.

Q: Specs on cat?
A: 2.5" I/O, part #94106. And seeing that you can get this one on ebay for $65, price reduced!

I'll pass on the springs after all. I'm considering a new set of Eibachs anyway since they only cost $100 more and don't drop me down quite as much. Too many abrupt hills here in Germany to risk going too low. Hell, I'd probably scrape just leaving my driveway...

I'll take springs if that includes shipping. That seems like a lot of money for 20k miles :/

Throw him an offer (just don't low ball) if you want. It can't hurt.

Miles doesn't really matter, most springs are going to outlive the car

For the most part, yes. Granted, springs with 120k miles might not be as good of a bet as new ones, but for the most part, springs should hold up fairly well (assuming its a decent brand)

If your going to buy his springs. replace your struts and mounts all at the same time. Save yourself alot of hassle that way. As for compatiblity, they are the same from 99-05.....

alright.. sorry i haven't been responsive to this thread and PMs.. I had a last minute offer to take a round trip out of town this weekend and didn't get online..

Anyway.. seems as though we qualified for the first time home buyers tax credit and were going to be getting a hefty return. so we'll be safe for another 4 months at least, thank you to everyone that has responded.. i'll keep a list of those that are interested in which parts until then. But for now it looks like I can keep my car together for a few more months
