New from NJ

Hey, I'm Bill, I am currently hoping to pick up a grand am gt, looked on google, and found this forum, so I thought I would join. I currently have a '79 Camaro Z28 that I just swapped an LT1 into, a '91 Chevy pickup which is for sale, and a '91 Chevy Blazer which is for sale also. I'm selling the pickup and blazer in hopes of putting the left over money towards college, and hoping to pick up a decent Grand Am or Grand Prix for around 2-3k. If anyone knows of one in good shape point it out! If anyone knows of any common problems with these cars let me know. I have experience with the 60 degree v6 with working on my girlfriends firebird, just not so much the front wheel drive version. Well heres what i drive.

anyways, the most common problems with the grand am gt is the leaky intake gaskets. if u look at one that leeks coolant, find another one!
