Electrical Problem

I have no idea whats going on with my car... as of right now: the horn doesn't work, all i can here is a clicking sound coming from underneath the hood when its pressed, the fog lights turn on but its barely even visible at all. My turn signals blink extremely fast. At the same time everytime i press on the horn my signal bulbs blink. Almost as if my automatic locks were being pressed from the remote. Anybody know what this could potentially be? Id really like to see if anyone knows what this is or figure it out so i dont have to take it in. Thanks in advance

First of all, make sure your battery is holding a charge. Dead Batteries make Grand Ams do funny things.

Second, check fuses and Ground contacts. Bad Grounds can make weird things happen.

I'm sure someone else with more experience can add more input.

Yeah, on top of that check your alternator's voltage and current at idle and see if it is sufficient.
