There is no hope for that motor. You could turbo it.... but it would be a waste of time in my eyes. Instead, swap a 3400/3500 motor in. Then work at a turbo. Then you'll be cookin.

If it's clean and the paint job still looks nice you can probably get 2500 for it.

Might be a little harder to find parts that are confirmed fits but Ben's right.

You know kid, no one mods the hell out of their car over night. Dont buy a 99+ GrandAm just to get the 3400 motor thats only 20hp more and a heavier vehicle. Your not gaining that much.

Live with the car. Love it. Embrase it. Save up some money and do a 3400 swap. Its pretty much just a bored out 3100 so its not like you will be hacking things up to make it work.

The only complete waste of time was trying to read that crap you typed. before you try modding a car try writing at a 4th grade level because if you cant do that just hurry up and slam that car into a tree because you probably cant read the instructions for installing a spark plug.

I would learn how to freaking write before you tear into a motor swap or engine work of any kind. Reading your posts gives me a damn headache. But yeah, the L82 is a rather useless motor, more parts made for the LA1. MP Racing, Miltzy's etc, there's plenty of go fast parts for that engine. And tell the Honda fegs we said hi.
