New guy

Hey Im new here this is my FIRST GM vehicle and thats a big thing for me. I am a FORD guy all the way but got a new job doing construction and have to drive 30 each trip and down a dirt road so I needed to get something good on gas and would last while still being able to take down a dirt road. I found a dirt cheap 99 GAGT with 193k miles. Just put Seafoam in it to help clear it up. This weekend I will be adding Seafoam through the intake and changing the oil.

She had every record since she bought it new with 13 miles on it. She had reciepts for every oil change on it and all the maintenance work. Hoping to add another 100k miles to it. We had one growing up that had 330k miles till the tranny went out.

Nice, welcome.

Here's to hoping the seafoam won't loosen up anything that is holding the engine together

Don't you have to do an oil change after seafoam, too? I was thinking of doing it on my TB, since I'm going to change the oil in about a month, just to get anything out of it and make sure she runs for 100k+ miles.

Ya add the Seafoam right before an oil change. Im changing the oil on Saturaday. So far its running better already idles smoother and take off is better cant wait to do the intake on Sat that will be the finishing touch.
