Fixed Random Clicking Noise Now More Problems,Help!

Ok, I have a 04 Pontiac Grand Am SE. I was on here last week and received some real good direction on how to fix the random clicking noise that is caused from the turn signal. So anaway I removed the multi-function switch and cleaned the signal switch put it back together and It still did it, so I removed it again and cleaned it again but as I was cleaning the turnsignal arm poped out. So I then took the entire cover off the multi-function panel and cleaned all the connectors and used fresh di-electric grease and put everything back together. So now the turn signals work perfect but the headlights come and go, when they come on it is only the brights, when I ues the right turn signal the lights come on otherwise they stay off. I took the mulit-function switch apart 4 times and I can not figure out what is wrong. I am at the point to purchase a new one. If anyone has any ideas or a breakdown drawing on how it is suppose to go together please help. All the switches surn with ease and it seems all the springs and parts are in correctly. Thanks for any info.
