replacing window glass

ive got a 2000 4DR GT that has now had 3 new regulators put in, but on the 3rd and final one, the bracket on the window was also damaged so its not completely done....ive still got the door panel off from it, and ive looked into the clips , which are about 10 bucks from Napa and sound like a total bitch to get off from reading about them here....so heres my question...how easy is it to just put a new window in? ive found one on ebay for 25 and am seriously considering just buying that and putting it in myself. does it just tilt/slide in through the door or is more disassembling of the door required (more than just the door panel off for the regulator anyway). Thanks in advance!

if the new window has the clips on it already, all u have to do is remove the door panel, take out the two bolts for the clips, pull the window out and put the new one in.
