Slave cylinder going?

Ok i had a WTF today. I had my car in reverse, clutch press in and I started the car. It rolled back. The clutch also grabs very low to the floor. If I pump it, a little pressure comes back, but it still grabs to low. Fluid is full. The pedal doesn't get stuck on the floor. But once or twice when i did a cold start, the pedal would hang in the middle and pop back up.

any advice?

It worked fine today....ok.......But i changed about half the fluid out, very nasty looking. Pretty easy to bleed by yourself since the pedal stays on the floor. From what i could hear it sounded like a little air was in the system. Now i have pressure right after the safety switch clicks.
