okay got a question, ur center console with the cup holder, is that just a seperate peice or is that connected to the center console, and if connected with that console fit a 99

what piece are you talking about? The two cup holders in the cubby under the HVAC? I've never taken the console apart, so I reall couldn't tell you.

But according to this...it looks like a seperate piece...

The cupholder is just a seperate piece that just sits there while the arm rest cover
Closes on a little lip on the holder too keep it in place...

I just did a shipping quote to 62285 and its going to be between $5 and $8 to ship priority. (I don't know the weight exactly, but am sure that it won't be over 2 lbs in the box).
