The truck is a totally different story than the truck, it gets spray paint, duct tape, whatever it needs to hold it together until a proper fix can be had, the car, or the wife's ride, that is all actually fixed. I just need something to redneck injunuity-ize

Didn't feel like going to get something to eat for lunch at work so I decided to eat poptarts, listen to podcasts, and chill in the delivery vehicle so I could waste its gas with the A/C on rather waste my gas . I can say this, it is interesting to see your car in a "different light" when you'r in another car looking back at it. It's so odd on how the camera makes my paint look immaculate.

I did the redneck repairs on the S10 too

Tanner, maybe your paint just isn't as bad as you think it is

Nah, the camera doesn't show details very well, my car looked awesome in that pic when I went and picked it up from the detailer, and it's got several small scratches

I posted all the hood weights on here somewhere once.... loooong time ago. It's probably buried. I don't remember exactly, but I think stock hood was like 40 lbs, and my SD hood (prepped and painted) was like 28 lbs. I got the cerious CF sc/t hood after that and it was like 22 lbs. It was also ****ty build quality though and significantly weaker than the SD hood.

maybe i'll do the rear setup like Aaron has now. have to find that thread i know i had one of the things that were needed. think all i would need was rotors and pads since i had the vette rears already.
You mean stock brakes right? If you have the 'vette rear calipers already, you'll need 'vette pads and GXP rotors, but you also need the GXP caliper brackets which are like $56 each.

Believe so. He was out in the SoCal desert for a bit and moving to the Bay this week IIRC. Gaynanigans shall begin.

One reason why I never bother with audio systems.

Sucks, though. Cool of Sam to be generous like that. Props for him. :brofist:

that CF one i got from the group buy wasn't bad. few clear coat runs but nothing i couldn't fix easily.

pretty much what i figured for weight on the stock hood..i should pick up a scale.

i don't really go crazy with audio stuff either..head unit and maybe door speakers..and i never play it loud near where my car is gonna be parked for awhile or my house..

in the case of the GA in the garage i can usually be seen walking around with the machete so if people are stupid enough to screw with someones stuff that has multiple large knives then i will be glad to amputate your arms for you.<<<completely serious on the last part. screw with my shit then i'll cut your shit off..
