Didn't have a car cover for it so i decided to use the Vettes since it sits inside the garage anyways. It obviously doesn't fit, however, at least it covers the majority of the car. Can't wait til the wife finishes school next year so that i can really start working on it again. Most of my money has been going towards bills.

It's pretty boring.
Just sits in the garage most of the time.
Hopefully I can get an appointment with Ben to get it tuned before it gets really cold and starts snowing - 'cause then it gets parked for the winter.

One thing I don't understand. As far as I know Aaron is the only one with forced induction that daily's his car but even he doesn't post any pictures of his car.

All these nice cars that get garage queened even during nice days.

Even if nothing has changed with the car its nice to see scenic pictures with the car in it

Last time I saw an update, he had taken the charger off when he had some engine troubles and had been running NA. Maybe I missed the update where he reinstalled it.

Edit: From his "Temporarily boostless" thread.

So I don't know if it's just a problem with the design of the Magnuson drive extension or what. I don't think the other style factory type nose drives on the eaton blowers the GTP's used ever leaked that much, and they use the same type of seals and bearings, so I don't know what the issue is.

I bought chrome mirrors for the .:R, scuffed them up with scotch-brite, then polished them up to look like brushed aluminum to match the front grille.

Eh, I only daily drive it because I have no other choice though. If I still had a 2nd car then it would be garaged in the winter too. I don't post pics of it very often because... well yeah, nothing has changed much on it. I don't have much time/money to do anything on it other than maintenance right now, and since I'm daily driving it, it's always dirty.

And I don't have time to go looking for scenic places to take photos.
I drive to work, home, and school. That's pretty much it.

Slacker!
Look who's talkin' slacker.

That thread is OLD! S/C was rebuilt and reinstalled after the 2nd engine rebuild. There's about 20k on the new engine now, 91k total on the car. Still only running my mid-boost pulley (7.5psi) but the S/C has been on for most of the last 20k. For now I don't see any point in putting the 9psi pulley back on... stock cam and all... not racing it... daily driving so fuel economy is a concern. Plus more boost=more blower rpm and more wear and tear on the unit. Once I get something else to drive I'll probably cam it again and up the boost.

Eh, wrong again, the '99 gets a lot driven more than others, especially in the winter. Except when I'm adding a mod to it.
