i had one and hated it. to each their own i believe. i had it through winter, since my car is a DD. the snow got on top of it and melted in the corners then refroze. i seen photos of one person whose engine bay got very rusty where the water pours into. it is a great looking hood and great for someone that doesn't drive it during the winter months.
*and didn't help that the douchebag that fixed my car fitting the fenders to the hood so my stock hood could never go back on the car. left it out in the front yard for someone money hungry for scrap.

I've seen her SC/T before. But it's been a long time since I last saw it.

I dunno. I liked it, though. And I'm a picky, opinionated focker.

Wow, I'm surprised you still have the silver bugger. A lot of folks have long since moved on.

I'm just bored of mine, looking for something with an actual aftermarket/customization possibilities.

Chris: yea i am actually looking at used chargers. i want to get rid of my car but yet i dont because she is all paid off and i still get compliments on her when she has her pretty shoes on and dress. i still get dumbasses asking if it's a gp. i need a car with rwd or at least awd. the new chargers are way too much month a month for me (500/month...f*ckin kidding me?!) i till liek the old style chargers. i also liek the subies but who knows. i can only afford a used car.

I feel you on that, my Pontiac is just about paid off (less than a $1000! Woot) but I've been looking at a used car I can pay for in full, build my credit up a lot more, then go for a nice used car in the $18K-$23K range.

I'm surprised how well Hemi Chargers/Magnums/300Cs are holding their resale value. A buddy of mine had a worked 06 Hemi 5.7L R/T, bastard was quick. Did high 11's on street tires, made 423WHP. Not bad for a 4400lb pig.

but the insurance is paying out pretty well for these things, more than what you can actually sell it for sadly

when i trade my car in i expect 2-3k at the most
before i trade it in i plan to completely part it out and put it to stock. i'm just having a hard time with just the thought of parting with my car.

Trade in sucks for our cars.

But insurance companies don't have issues handing out checks for $4500-$6000 for when we wreck!
